So how's reporting going?

It's hard. Like, really hard. My boss is a total steamroller who doesn't appreciate all of the work that I do. But it's also really fulfilling, you know? Getting the scoop, exposing things to the world. I really feel like I can make a difference in there.

Oh, he's a total cad. But he has glimpses of trying to do the right thing. In between many, many moments of self-absorption.

How'd he do during... everything?

His ship was boarded. He got a little hurt so I powered him up to speed up his healing process. He's fine, now. Been worrying about you. [ winn is side eyeing him so hard. ]

He dislocated his shoulder and got a little laser shot - we fixed it! He was never in any real danger from his injuries.

So, he was worried about me?

Uh, I've seen him a couple times. Everyone's been worried, but most of us were busy with repairs. [ he's feeling too involved in this, abort, abort! ]

How badly was everything damaged?

It varied. The Tourist got away pretty easily, so Jim and I got to help out other ships.

Fix damages? You know, cuz we're both engineers -
